Elias spent years behind the line in a professional kitchen, and still enjoys cooking meals to serve to friends and loved ones. He appreciates the intrinsic power of a good meal to bring people together with a wonderful shared experience! As a fan of friendly competition, Elias enjoys watching baseball and soccer (live, when possible!). He is also a self-proclaimed cinephile, and particularly enjoys watching classic movies from around the world.
