Enjoying her 19th year in the real estate industry, the authentic and highly affable Jackie Jaeger has an eye for detail, a flare for the creative, and an unsurpassed knowledge of Boston’s neighborhood hot spots that enhance the exciting experience of Boston city living. As a seasoned agent, she has brokered numerous real estate transactions for buyers and sellers and guides them with confidence and ease. Her demographic is wide- young professionals looking to make their first-time purchase; growing families with another on the way; investors looking to generate an income stream; executives relocating to Boston; renters looking for an upgrade; and empty nesters wanting to soak in city life.
Jackie’s deep relationships with her clients as she helps them navigate through the buying, selling, or renting process, began at Sprogis and Neale in 2004 before recently joining Compass. For over 30 years she has lived in downtown Boston, watching as its’ neighborhoods grow and change in diversity and vibrance. She has lived and witnessed the growth of the Boston area and her clients appreciate her sage advice and take comfort in the trust they put in her efforts, and the loyalty, care, and the unprecedented attention that she gives to them. Making her clients feel special is what she is truly outstanding at.
The Simmons College graduate had successful careers in graphic design, print production and media, and portrait and street photography. It was after purchasing her own home in the South End that she turned her talents, expertise, and love for helping others (pairing clients with their sometimes forever home) in her beloved city. Her clients describe her as being a skilled agent with integrity and effectiveness and always being the voice for them during their most important transaction. Treating clients by listening and engaging and using her problem solving skills is exciting for Jackie, and thinking out of the box is where she shines. Whether she is working with a buyer or a seller she is fully engaged and completely hands on.
In addition to matching clients with their perfect home, Jackie is a Certified Home Staging Professional (CSP) and enjoys using her creativity to style homes for her selling clients. Jackie is also contracted by other local brokers to select paint colors, stage, and style their listings for sale. Not only does she understand the value of how a home should present itself to the marketplace, she understands each listing’s target audience and believes that the first impression to the public is the most important one.
As the active mother of two teenagers raised in the city, she has a passion for fitness, food, and fashion. She is entrenched in the South End community where she lives with her family. She and her family love to travel and look forward to new adventures together in the future before her kids go off to college.
When not focused on work, the self-proclaimed hype sneakerhead also enjoys being a cabi stylist, a Los Angeles based clothing brand that focuses on helping women get dressed confidently. She participates in the parent association at Boston College High School where her son attends and serves meals frequently through Community Servings with her husband.
Her greatest pleasure comes from being a fanatic supporter of her kids in their sports, and bringing her South End community together with her annual holiday South End caroling evening, and Thanksgiving Day Soccer (now Pickleball) events. She, with her husband, have coached eight years of baseball in their community and is affectionately known as “Coach Mom” by many. Also an avid baseball enthusiast, she sits on the board of South End Baseball, a non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive youth baseball program to the Boston community. You can find her ready and willing to attend any sporting event at just about any time.
